I understand that sometimes people may be hesitant to start therapy; however, asking for help takes courage. I encourage you to reach out. Whether it is anxiety, depression, exploration of gender identity and sexual orientation, everyday life obstacles or any other issues that bring you to therapy, I believe we can provide you with appropriate care for a more fulfilling life. I believe in facilitating patients’ understanding of themselves while using a strength based approach. I am both a mental health provider and an advocate for raising awareness about mental health. My approach to therapy is naturally warm and compassionate. I believe that inclusivity, cultural competency and patient’s empowerment are integral aspects of psychotherapy.
