Life transitions can feel unsettling and make us feel more vulnerable. Even when change is unwanted or is unexpected, it can have a positive influence on personal growth. Change gives us the opportunity to become stronger and better prepared for what life entails. With each new challenge, we develop new personal skills and obtain a greater awareness of ourselves, our families and our communities.
I specialize in working with LGBTQIA addressing issues related to minorities. I have an emphasis in working with the transgender population, gender fluid and gender non conforming folks addressing gender dysphoria and gender related issues. I also specialize in treating mood disorders such as bipolar, depressive and anxiety disorders among others.
